About
Spirit Storm is a free-to-play role-playing game developed and published by Kabam that was released for iOS in the spring of 2014. It is an exciting hack-and-slash style dungeon-crawler with real-time action elements and unique, intuitive player abilities that are unlocked by equipping elemental Spirits. Players endeavor to defeat strong enemies in instanced dungeons and search for treasure, collecting gear, gold, relics, and spirit power along the way. These relics contain a variety of Spirits with different elemental types, each with their own corresponding strengths and weaknesses, that can also be upgraded for even more pronounced effects!
Story
On the island of Arkos, human scholars have recovered the ancient art of summoning Spirits. Along with a miniature spirit guide named Pix, the player assumes the role of the Champion who trained at the Arcane Academy, and continues the legacy of the Ancient Heroes upon returning to their home town of Windholme.
